It's a timer that repeats notifications automatically at set intervals, ideal for keeping track of your periodic activities throughout the day.
Ringer is designed to help you take regular breaks from your computer or work/study sessions, reminding you to exercise at specific intervals or stay focused on important tasks daily.

When you set the notification period and hit Start, the app initiates a repeating countdown. When the screen is locked, Ringer notifies you with a sound and lock screen alert when the countdown finishes. If the screen is unlocked, the app displays the countdown and notifies you with sound and a dialog alert respectively.
