Ringer is designed to help you take regular breaks from your computer or work/study sessions, reminding you to exercise at specific intervals or stay focused on important tasks daily.

When the screen is locked, Ringer notifies you with a sound and lock screen alert when the countdown finishes. If the screen is unlocked, the app displays the countdown and notifies you with sound and a dialog alert respectively.
